As a professional interior designer with over 30 years of experience in residential interior design I want to be able to offer you the opportunity to purchase unique and distinctive home accessories and accent furniture of the same quality that I provide for my own clients. I'm very excited to be able to offer you a fine selection of uniquely beautiful, high quality home accent pieces at exceptionally good prices.
I have personally selected each piece that we offer. In order for a piece to be shown it has to pass my criteria for beautiful design, excellent quality, and great value. We will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged.
Returning Damaged, Defective Merchandise or an Item That You Didn't Order
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Also, on rare occasions an incorrect item may be shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product or an item that you didn't order, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your damaged, defective, or incorrect item at [email protected] or 855-573-2979 . You will be instructed how to return it at no charge to you.
We will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional charge.
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service department within 21 days of receiving your item at [email protected] or 855-573-2979. You will be instructed how to return the item.
The item that you wish to return must be in "like new" unused condition, with all of its labels still attached, and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was improperly filled.
Pack and seal the item you wish to return securely in its original packaging. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. We will not accept COD deliveries.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service department. As soon as the item has been received and inspected you will be issued a full refund.
